The Vortex MixMate is a high-quality harsh chemical powder mixing barrel built to withstand tough industrial applications. Its design allows for safe, rapid, homogeneous mixing and dispensing of small batches of hazardous liquids.
Complete with a stainless steel drum, work table and protection baffle, the MixMate performs easy and effective industrial mixing and dispensing of caustic solution with no risk of physical exposure to personnel.
Its most common use is in oil and gas drilling fluid mixing to blend dry caustic soda powder into small batches of solution and feed it into drilling fluids to regulate pH level.
