Standard Lobestar® Jet Nozzles™ are manufactured in high density, wear resistant, molded urethane and provide excellent performance in pressure ranges from 30 to 100 psi. For optimal performance, we recommend the replacement of Lobestar Jet Nozzles approximately every nine months when mixing abrasive fluids such as drilling mud. A nozzle should be replaced if a Lobestar® Mixing Eductor™ vacuum gauge reads below 15 inches of mercury.
Designed to deliver ultimate blending performance, the Lobestar Jet Nozzle is effective in performing several functions, such as suspending solids in liquid, blending, emulsifying fluids, and hydrating polymers, powders or granular materials, with superior capability. The unique geometry of this patented three-dimensional nozzle generates a more turbulent pattern than any other nozzle on the market, resulting in a more homogeneous mixture.
High pressure nozzles are also available upon request. Lobestar Jet Nozzles are available in a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, Kynar®, Teflon®, PVC, polypropylene, UHMW and tungsten carbide.
