Designed for mud mixing liquid and slurry applications, the Lobestar® Mixing Eductor™ deploys a patented three-dimensional nozzle used to generate a more turbulent pattern in mud mixing. The Lobestar Mixing Eductor is effective in speed mixing most powders and granular materials without the problem of fisheyes or microgels in other mud mixing systems. Key to its mud mixing performance is the Lobestar® Jet Nozzle™ which is completely recessed out of the mixing chamber, providing an obstruction free passageway that eliminates plugging in the mud mixing system.

Lobestar Mixing Eductors are available in special materials, such as Kynar® and UHMW. Kynar® is one of the most stable commercial resins. Kynar® resists strong acids, solvents and reducing agents. Its inherent chemical resistance and high purity make it ideal for contact applications with acids, chlorine, halogenated solvents and petrochemical mixtures.
