Designed to deliver ultimate blending performance, the Lobestar® Jet Nozzle™ is effective in performing more than one function with superb capability, suspending solids in a liquid, blending, emulsifying liquids, dissolving polymers, powders and granular materials in a liquid environment. With its unique geometry, this patented three-dimensional nozzle generates a more turbulent pattern, resulting in a more homogeneous product.
Standard Lobestar Jet Nozzles provide excellent performance in pressure ranges from 30 to 100 psi. High pressure nozzles are also available upon request. Lobestar Jet Nozzles are available in a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, urethane, Kynar®, Teflon®, PVC, ABS, polypropylene, UHMW and tungsten carbide.
