| INTRODUCING VORTEX VENTURES’ NEW MAINTENANCE KITS
AVOID COSTLY DOWNTIME AND EXPENSIVE CHEMICAL OVER TREATMENT!
Proper maintenance of your Vortex Ventures shear/mixer and accessories is vital in maximizing the mixing performance and money saving features you have come to expect from our equipment.
If your shear mixer has been in service for a year or more, it’s time to do some maintenance. Over time, the coarseness of the drilling fluid additives cause wear on the Lobestar® Jet Nozzle and Diffuser, located inside the Eductor, as well as the gaskets and valves.
Although our products are designed to maintain shear as parts wear, to optimize performance, maintain your shear mixer’s component parts. A few dollars of maintenance saves a ton of dollars in drilling fluids costs and unexpected downtime.
Q: How do I know what kit I need? A: With our new maintenance kits, it's easy to choose the one you need. If you don’t know for sure, just estimate how long it’s been since you last serviced your shear mixer and pick the kit.
Recommended Maintenance Schedule: (Based on Regular or Frequent Use)
Six month to Twelve Months since last maintenance: Quick Tune Up Kit
Twelve to Twenty Four months since last maintenance: Tune Up Kit
Greater than Eighteen Months since last maintenance: Over Haul Kit
