Leading in powder recovery and dust control, the Spintop Air Cyclone has three outstanding features that are unique to the design of conventional cyclones including a volute feed inlet, a bell-shaped vortex finder and an air core stabilizer.

The volute inlet produces a smooth transition from pressure-energy to rotational momentum without the fluid flow steam colliding with the inlet flow. The bell shaped vortex finder prevents leakage or short circuiting of heavier solid particles from the outlet with the clean air/gas. And, the solid center core stabilizer provides fluid flow stability, replacing an unstable air core.
