Vortex Ventures™ Externally Installed Fluidizers are a safe and easy way to empty silos and bins without problems of bridging and rat holing. Our fluidizers provide optimal performance due to their robust design and advanced features. The disk will not tear, pick up moisture and is unaffected by temperatures of up to 350º F (170º C).
With Vortex Ventures Fluidizers, aeration loosens up the product allowing it to flow easier while minimum back pressure puts air energy where it is needed the most-in the silo. The fluidizer disk forces air to move along the silo wall freeing up product and assuring movement. And, the rubber disk seals tightly against the silo wall and prevents airline plugging.
Vortex Ventures Fluidizers are silicone rubber standard in blue or white (both food grade/FDA approved), or black or white EPDM.
