ASME CODED & NON-CODED PRESSURE TANKS, SURGE TANKS, AND VESSELS   The VORTEX SURGE TANKS with optional accessories offer many selections in tank capacities and configurations to accommodate confined spaces, existing pipe arrangement and equipment location. ASME code and non-code tanks and vessels are available with various tank head and cone section designs for special applications.

All tanks and vessels are internally and externally sandblasted, primed and epoxy coated for maximum corrosion protection in a sea water environment. The internal coating system provides a slick, non-adhering surface that enhances uniform flow of barite and bentonite without arching, bridging and plugging.

Vortex Surge Tanks can be equipped with Load Cells for precise loss-of-weight in digital measurements. In addition to the Load Cells, Bin Level Indicators with explosion proof lights are available to indicate when tank(s) are near-full and near-empty.

Fluidizers are used in silos and Pressure Tanks to enhance the flow of material.
